Training
We have 2 training sessions a week as follows :
Monday
Meeting 6.30pm.
During summer months (BST) we meet at Waldron recreation ground, winter months
we meet at the Co-op car park.
The session is usually about an hour long and is ideal for beginners and those
wanting a more relaxed run.
Thursday
Running from Heathfield Leisure Centre at 7pm (in winter, Coop at 7pm).
Training/improvement session usually involving hills or intervals.
First
Thursday, a time trial — great for those who want to improve their running
speed and strength — starting from the rugby club at 7pm.
There are also informal sessions at the weekend and a monthly track session at Lewes Leisure Centre on the 3rd Wednesday evening of each month.
