Training
We have 2 training sessions a week as follows :
Monday
Meeting 6.30pm.
During summer months (BST) we meet at the Rugby Club, Cross
in Hand, winter months we meet at the Co-op car park.
The session is usually about an hour long and is ideal for beginners and those
wanting a more relaxed run.
Thursday
Running from Rugby Club at 6.50pm (in winter, passing Coop at 7pm).
Training/improvement session involving hills, intervals, and on the first Thursday,
a time trial -- great for those who want to improve their running speed and
strength.
There are also informal sessions at the weekend and a monthly track session at Lewes Leisure Centre on the 4th Wednesday evening of each month.
