We are a small and friendly club with decent facilities including a licensed bar!

Don't be put off by that 'running club' thing. We're just a group of people from various walks of life who happen to enjoy running. Some also enjoy a bit of competition, or just the companionship. Whatever you want from the sport you will be more than welcome.

If you do relish competition then we take part in many events, from 2 mile relays to 60 mile treks across the South Downs. We actively participate in the Sussex Grand Prix Road Race series and also the winter cross country series.
