The race forms part of the Sussex Grand Prix and benefits from excellent facilities and an ideal location.
The route follows country lanes around the villages of Cross in Hand and Waldron in Sussex. Some would describe the course as undulating for the first half and uphill for the second!
The field is made up of all standards from fun-runners & joggers to top club runners.
